We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy. Please understand that client safety is our top priority and reasoning for our adherence to this policy.

By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below:

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Process:

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance during regular business hours.

    • Cancellations are only accepted when contacted via email (tinytoxcollab@gmail.com) or by phone (585-616-0196). Please note, any cancellations via social media or text will not be accepted. 

  • Cancellation Fee:

    • Any appointment cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or failure to attend scheduled appointment (“no show”) will result in a cancellation fee.

    • The cancellation fee is $100 for all services, and $50 for follow ups or consultations.

    • These fees do not credit to your next appointment.

  • Payment of Cancellation Fee:

    • The cancellation fee will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of booking.

    • In case the payment method is unable to be charged, we reserve the right to pursue alternative means for fee collection and/or deny the booking of future appointments. 

  • No-Show Policy:

    • A “no show” is defined as a missed appointment without prior cancellation.

    • After two no-show appointments, we reserve the right to remove the patient from our practice.

    • Removal from the practice will be communicated to the patient in writing via email, stating the reason for the action and any relevant details.

  • Grace Period:

    • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays. We do offer an 8 minute grace period for arriving late to an appointment.

    • If a patient arrives later than 8 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, it will be considered an automatic cancellation/no show, and the cancellation fee will apply.

  • Exceptions:

    • We understand that emergencies and extenuating circumstances may arise. If you anticipate being late or experience an unexpected situation, please contact us as soon as possible. 

    • Our business reserves the right to waive or modify the cancellation fee, no-show policy, and grace period at its own discretion.

  • Refunds:

    • The cancellation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • In the event of a refundable deposit or prepayment made for a service, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
