A note from our Founder
After years of working in environments that… well, didn’t prioritize clients the way they should… I knew I wanted to create a place to truly empower and encourage all who entered to live their most authentic lives.
It’s cheesy but it’s true.
As a women-owned small business, we take pride in being a sanctuary for all, valuing diversity and inclusivity. Tinytox Collab is a safe space to better yourself in whatever way feels right for you: whether it’s treating your skin with injectables, facial treatments, or both – we do like to collab here! We’ll be here for you every step of the way with honesty and genuine care (and probably some candy).
We have worked tirelessly to create a beautiful, comfortable, joyful environment. It’s exactly what we want our clients to feel: beautiful, comfortable, and happy in their skin. And we hope you feel that energy as soon as you walk in to our space.

Michelle Dore
FOUNDER, CEO, LEAD INJECTOR
The Tiny Toxer herself, Michelle is an Emmy Award-winning injector (in her mind and in our hearts, maybe, but not really).
She is, in actuality: caring, compassionate, and committed to continued education in the aesthetic industry. She has been a nurse for 10 years, and an injector for more than half that time.
Some things you’ll immediately notice about this small tattooed person (she’s 5’0”) is how funny, warm, and attentive she is - three things that are very appreciated when needles are en route to your face.

With several years of dedicated learning and practice under her belt, Kayleigh was destined to be your skincare educator and caretaker; from a young age, her fascination with the beauty industry was evident, as she fondly recalls requesting a spa-themed birthday party at the tender age of five.
When she's not busy pampering and glowing-up clients, Kayleigh enjoys spending quality time with her fluffy cat, exploring new culinary adventures in the kitchen, and cherishing moments with friends.

With over 13 years in nursing (with experience in labor & delivery, pediatrics, home care, and radiology), it’s safe to say your face is in good hands with Sarina.
Having transitioned into the field of aesthetics a year ago, Sarina has found her passion in helping clients achieve their desired look while prioritizing safety and satisfaction. Sarina thrives on building genuine connections with her clients, fostering trust and transparency every step of the way.
Outside of Tinytox Collab, Sarina can be found lovin’ on her two daughters and beloved pup, reading, crafting, and cheering on the NY Rangers.

Our faithful Canadian is mostly useful, responsible for taking care of Tinytox's back end. The eldest of the bunch, Big Rik brings many years of experience from a background in sales & marketing, territory management, and customer experience optimization. Somewhat handsome, but more handy, he's also stubbornly loyal.
When not problem solving at Tinytox, he can be found daydreaming of snowboarding, hunting dragons as a volunteer firefighter in West Irondequoit, and enjoying maple syrup.
